Perfect for those growing in faith who want to discern their spiritual gifts and understand how God wants to use them in the world.
Everything you need to facilitate meaningful gatherings - no prep required
"How are you arriving today?" (one word or phrase)
Choose a short phrase like "Jesus, send me" or "Your kingdom come" - breathe in on first part, out on second
Each person shares one thing they're grateful for from their work or relationships this week
Read Matthew 5:14-16 together, sit in 2 minutes of silence asking "How is God's light shining through me?"
"How can we pray for God to give you wisdom about your calling?"
Each person speaks a simple blessing over the person to their right about how they see God's gifts in them
"What's one small way you want to live out your calling this week?"
Pray together using Jesus' words: "As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you" (John 20:21)
Share the best and most challenging parts of your week, especially where you felt most/least like yourself
"Where did you see God's kingdom breaking in this week?" (through your work, relationships, community)
Tell about a time when you felt most alive and useful - what were you doing? Who were you serving?
"What injustices or problems in the world stir something in you? What makes you think 'someone should do something about this'?"
Use passages like Isaiah 61:1-4, Matthew 28:18-20, or Ephesians 2:8-10. Read 3 times slowly. First: What word/phrase stands out? Second: How might God be calling you? Third: What is your response?
Read stories like Luke 4:14-21 or John 4:1-42. "How does Jesus engage his calling? What draws you to his approach?"
Study parables about talents, workers in the vineyard, or seeds. "What does this teach about how God uses different people differently?"
"What activities or conversations energize you rather than drain you? When do people naturally come to you for help?"
"What did you want to be when you grew up? What drew you to that? How might God have been shaping you even then?"
"When you see a problem, do you naturally want to fix it, gather people to address it, study it more, or comfort those affected by it?"
Read 1 Corinthians 12:12-31. "Based on what you've learned about yourself, how might you be uniquely designed to serve the body?"
"How do you see your current job/studies as a way to serve others and honor God? What makes it hard to see that?"
"What do you notice about the needs in your neighborhood, workplace, or community? Where do you naturally connect with non-Christians?"
"What abilities, resources, or opportunities has God given you? How might he want you to steward them for others?"
"How does the way you treat colleagues, neighbors, or strangers reflect Jesus? What would change if you saw your daily interactions as ministry?"

"Describe your typical week - work, neighborhood, hobbies, routines. Where do you naturally intersect with people who don't know Jesus? What do you notice about needs around you?"
"Looking back on the last two weeks, where did you see God's kingdom breaking in - through your work, relationships, or community? Where did you participate in that?"
"What's one specific person or place you want to pray for before we meet again?"

"What activities energize rather than drain you? When people have problems, do you naturally want to fix things, gather people together, study the situation, or offer comfort? What does this tell you about how God wired you?"
Each person speaks an affirmation about gifts they see in the person to their right
Focus: Integrating faith with vocation and daily life
Centering prayer
"How do you currently see your job/studies as serving others and honoring God? What makes that perspective hard to maintain? What would change if you truly believed your work mattered to God?"

Commissioning moment - blessing each other's work and calling
Focus: Living out Jesus-shaped calling in everyday relationships
Pray together thanking God for ways he's been working
